तं त्वा मदाय घृष्वय उ लोककृत्नुमीमहे । तव प्रशस्तयो महीः ॥
Transliteration
táṃ tvā mադā́ya ghṛ́ṣvaya u lóka-kṛtnum īmahe | táva práśastayo mahī́ḥ ||
Translation
ਹੇ ਘ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਵ (ਅਗਨਿ-ਸਮਾਨ ਤੇਜਸਵੀ) ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮਦ-ਆਨੰਦ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਖੋਜਦੇ ਹਾਂ—ਹੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਨ ਕਰਤਾ! ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਸਤੀਆਂ ਮਹਾਨ ਹਨ।
