अयमिन्द्रो मरुत्सखा वि वृत्रस्याभिनच्छिरः । वज्रेण शतपर्वणा ॥
Transliteration
ayám índro marútsakhā́ ví vṛtrásyābhinác chíraḥ | vájreṇa śatáparvaṇā ||
Translation
ਇਹ ਇੰਦਰ, ਮਰੁਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਖਾ, ਸੌ ਗੰਢਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਜ੍ਰ ਨਾਲ ਵ੍ਰਿਤ੍ਰ ਦਾ ਸਿਰ ਚੀਰ ਗਿਆ; ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਦੀ ਗੰਢ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ, ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਤ ਵਹਿਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
