Sukta 6.2
त्वां हि ष्मा चर्षणयो यज्ञेभिर्गीर्भिरीळते । त्वां वाजी यात्यवृको रजस्तूर्विश्वचर्षणिः ॥
tvā́ṃ hí ṣmā carṣaṇáyo yajñébhiṛ gīrbhír ī́ḷate | tvā́ṃ vājī́ yāty avṛkó rájas-tūr víśva-carṣaṇiḥ ||
ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਯਜਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੀਰਭਿਃ (ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਸਤੁਤੀ-ਵਾਣੀ) ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰੀ ਹੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਵਾਜੀ (ਵਿਜੇਤਾ ਬਲ/ਰਥ-ਸ਼ਕਤੀ) ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ—ਅਵ੍ਰਕ (ਵ੍ਰਕ-ਰਹਿਤ, ਹਾਨੀ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਪਰਸ਼ਿਤ), ਰਜਸ (ਮੱਧ ਅਕਾਸ਼ਾਂ) ਨੂੰ ਲੰਘਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ—ਹੇ ਵਿਸ਼੍ਵਚਰ੍ਸ਼ਣਿ (ਸਭ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਵੰਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ)।
