अग्नेः स्तोमं मनामहे सिध्रमद्य दिविस्पृशः । देवस्य द्रविणस्यवः ॥
Transliteration
agnéḥ stómaṃ manāmahe sidhrám adyá divi-spṛ́śaḥ | devásya draviṇasyávaḥ ||
Translation
ਅਗਨੀ ਦਾ ਸਤੋਮ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਾਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ—ਅੱਜ ਸਿੱਧ, ਦਿਉ ਨੂੰ ਛੂਹਣ ਵਾਲਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਦੇਵ ਦੇ ਦ੍ਰਵਿਣ ਦੇ ਇੱਛੁਕ ਹਾਂ—ਅੰਤਰ-ਯਾਤਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਮ੍ਰਿੱਧੀ।
