ऋतावा यस्य रोदसी दक्षं सचन्त ऊतयः । हविष्मन्तस्तमीळते तं सनिष्यन्तोऽवसे ॥
Transliteration
ṛtā́vā yásya ródasī dákṣaṃ sácanta ūtáyaḥ | havíṣmantas tám īḷate táṃ saniṣyánto ávase ||
Translation
ਉਹ ਤ ਦਾ ਰਖਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ; ਉਸ ਲਈ ਦਿਉ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿਥਵੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਦਕ੍ਸ਼—ਕੌਸ਼ਲ—ਅਤੇ ਊਤੀ—ਸਹਾਇਤਾ—ਜੋੜਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹਵਿਸ਼ਮੰਤ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਈਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਵਸ—ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਠੀਕ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ—ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਨਾਲ।
