The Disruption of Dakṣa’s Sacrifice, the Hari–Hara Conflict, and the Establishment of Rudra’s Sacrificial Share
Varāha (default dialogue framework; speaker not explicit in isolated verse)
It preserves a common Purāṇic narrative unit in which devas respond to a divine presence by composing a stotra, reflecting the circulation of hymn-literature within Purāṇic redactional layers.
No geographic toponym appears in this verse; it focuses on ritualized praise and salutation rather than sacred geography.
The verse foregrounds disciplined reverence—expressed through praise (stotra) and respectful salutation—as a normative cultural practice within the narrative.
