The Sacred Geography and Merit of Dvārakā
It documents a named tīrtha (Cakratīrtha), illustrating how Purāṇas preserve sacred toponyms and link them to moral-ritual outcomes.
Cakratīrtha is identified as the sacred site; a precise modern identification is not provided in the fragment and varies across regional tīrtha traditions.
The verse reinforces confidence in disciplined practice by presenting “no doubt” assurance regarding the stated result.
