mahādāhena santaptaḥ śambhur devīm uvāca ha || aurvasya tu tapo dṛṣṭvā bhītair devair udāhṛtam

Translation

Disengat oleh bahang yang besar, Śambhu berkata kepada Sang Dewi. Dan melihat tapa Aurva, para dewa yang ketakutan pun melafazkan seruan (rayuan/permohonan).
