Sukta 9.97
महीमे अस्य वृषनाम शूषे माँश्चत्वे वा पृशने वा वधत्रे । अस्वापयन्निगुतः स्नेहयच्चापामित्राँ अपाचितो अचेतः ॥
mahī́me asyá vṛ́ṣanā́ma śūṣé māṃścátve vā́ pṛ́śane vā́ vádhatre | asvā́payann nigutáḥ snéhayać cā́pā́mitrā́n apā́cito acetáḥ ||
Sungguh besar daya-daya perkasa daripada kekuatannya—sama ada di Māṃścatva, di Pṛśana, atau di Vadhatra. Ia menidurkan yang tersembunyi, dan menjadikannya lentur serta mudah dibentuk; dan Ia menghalau para musuh—gerak-gerak yang tidak menyedari, tidak berfikir—mengusir mereka daripada kami.
