उरुष्या णो मा परा दा अघायते जातवेदः । दुराध्ये मर्ताय ॥
Transliteration
uruṣyā́ ṇo mā́ parā́ dā aghāyate jātavedaḥ | durā́dhye mártāya ||
Translation
Wahai Jātavedas, peliharalah kami dengan lindungan yang luas; jangan serahkan kami kepada yang berniat jahat—dan jangan juga kepada insan fana yang tinggal dalam fikiran yang bengkok dan sesat.
