Sukta 8.60
अग्न आ याह्यग्निभिर्होतारं त्वा वृणीमहे । आ त्वामनक्तु प्रयता हविष्मती यजिष्ठं बर्हिरासदे ॥
ágne ā́ yāhy agníbhir hótāraṃ tvā vṛṇīmahe | ā́ tvām anaktu práyatā havíṣmatī yájiṣṭhaṃ bárhir āsáde ||
Wahai Agni, datanglah bersama api-apimu; engkaulah yang kami pilih sebagai hotṛ (imam pemanggil persembahan). Semoga havis yang disiapkan dengan rapi mengurapimu; datanglah, yang paling mahir dalam yajña, duduklah di atas barhis (rumput suci).
