Sukta 8.41
य आस्वत्क आशये विश्वा जातान्येषाम् । परि धामानि मर्मृशद्वरुणस्य पुरो गये विश्वे देवा अनु व्रतं नभन्तामन्यके समे ॥
ya āsu atka āśaye viśvā jātāni eṣām | pari dhāmāni marmṛśad varuṇasya puro gayaḥ viśve devā anu vratam nabhantām anyake same ||
Dia yang, dalam semua ini, seperti pakaian, bersemayam di tempat rehat segala yang lahir; Ia menyentuh dan menyelidik kediaman-kediaman di sekeliling—di hadapan Varuṇa, segala dewa bergerak menurut ṛta (hukum suci)—moga cahaya-cahaya bersinar dalam keserupaan yang lain.
