आ प्र यात मरुतो विष्णो अश्विना पूषन्माकीनया धिया । इन्द्र आ यातु प्रथमः सनिष्युभिर्वृषा यो वृत्रहा गृणे ॥

Transliteration

ā prá yāta maruto víṣṇo aśvínā pū́ṣan mākī́nayā dhiyā́ | índra ā yātu prathamáḥ saniṣyúbhir vṛ́ṣā yó vṛtrá-hā gṛṇé ||

Translation

Majulah kemari—wahai Marut, wahai Viṣṇu, wahai Aśvin, wahai Pūṣan—dengan dhī (wawasan batin) yang tidak terbahagi dan tidak merampas. Dan biarlah Indra datang terlebih dahulu bersama para pencari kemenangan: Sang Banteng, pembunuh Vṛtra si penghalang, untuk diteguhkan oleh nyanyian puji kami.
