Sukta 8.19

Devata: Agni

न त्वा रासीयाभिशस्तये वसो न पापत्वाय सन्त्य । न मे स्तोतामतीवा न दुर्हितः स्यादग्ने न पापया ॥

ná tvā rāsīyā́bhiśastaye vaso ná pā́pa-tvā́ya santya | ná me stotā́ amatī-vā́ ná durhítaḥ syād agne ná pāpayā́ ||

Aku tidak akan menyerahkan Engkau kepada tuduhan yang memusuhi, wahai Yang Baik; dan tidak pula kepada keadaan kejahatan. Janganlah pemujiku jatuh ke dalam kebingungan; janganlah ia tersalah tempat dan terhina—wahai Agni—bukan kerana dosa.
