Outer meaning

In the battles we, seeking plenitude of force, call Agni for protection—Agni of shining gifts in the victories and fulfillments.

Inner meaning

In the inner conflicts (samatsu), the seeker who aims at vāja (plenitude: strength, capacity, victorious energy) invokes Agni as avas (protective guidance). Agni is citra-rādhas—of varied and luminous gifts: he brings not only defense but positive attainments—clear powers, right energies, and fulfilled works (vājeṣu) when the will is aligned and steadfast.

Universal truth

True victory in life’s struggles comes by kindling the inner will and invoking guidance; protection is not mere shielding but empowerment and luminous accomplishment.
