अस्मा एतन्मह्याङ्गूषमस्मा इन्द्राय स्तोत्रं मतिभिरवाचि । असद्यथा महति वृत्रतूर्य इन्द्रो विश्वायुरविता वृधश्च ॥

Transliteration

asmā etan mahy āṅgūṣam asmā indrāya stotraṃ mati-bhir avāci | asad yathā mahati vṛtra-tūrye indro viśvāyur avitā vṛdhaś ca ||

Translation

Kepadanya—kepada Indra—ucapan ilham yang perkasa ini, madah pujian ini, telah dituturkan oleh fikiran-fikiran kami. Semoga demikian adanya, seperti dalam pemecahan besar Vṛtra: Indra, daya seluruh kehidupan, pelindung dan penambah.
