Transliteration
vārtrá-hatyāya śávase pṛtanā-ṣā́hyāya ca | índra tvā vartayāmasi ||
Translation
Untuk pembunuhan Sang Penutup (Vṛtra), untuk kekuatan, dan untuk kemenangan dalam peperangan—wahai Indra, kami menggerakkan engkau, kami memalingkan engkau kepada kami.
