नि त्वा दधे वरेण्यं दक्षस्येळा सहस्कृत । अग्ने सुदीतिमुशिजम् ॥

Transliteration

ní tvā dadhe váreṇyaṃ dákṣasyeḷā́ sahaskṛta | ágne sudītím uśíjam ||

Translation

Aku menempatkan engkau, wahai Agni, Sang Terpuji (Vareṇya)—ilham daripada Dakṣa, ditempa oleh daya; nyala yang bening-bercahaya, Uśij yang tekun, pencari yang berusaha demi persembahan.
