प्र ते नावं न समने वचस्युवं ब्रह्मणा यामि सवनेषु दाधृषिः । कुविन्नो अस्य वचसो निबोधिषदिन्द्रमुत्सं न वसुनः सिचामहे ॥

Transliteration

prá te nā́vaṃ ná sámane vacasyúvaṃ bráhmaṇā yā́mi sávaneṣu dā́dhṛṣiḥ | kuvín no asyá vácaso nibódhiṣad índram utsáṃ ná vásunaḥ sicāmahe ||

Translation

Seperti perahu untuk menyeberang, aku datang kepada-Mu dengan kata yang mendambakan dilafazkan, dengan brahman (mantra), dalam pemerasan-pemerasan Soma, wahai yang teguh. Mudah-mudahan ia benar-benar menyedari ucapan kami ini; mudah-mudahan kami mencurahkan Indra laksana mata air kekayaan.
