उक्थेष्विन्नु शूर येषु चाकन्त्स्तोमेष्विन्द्र रुद्रियेषु च । तुभ्येदेता यासु मन्दसानः प्र वायवे सिस्रते न शुभ्राः ॥

Transliteration

ukthéṣv ín nu śūra yéṣu cā́kan stómeṣv indra rudriyéṣu ca | túbhyéd etā́ yā́su mandasā́naḥ prá vā́yave sisrate ná śubhrā́ḥ ||

Translation

Dalam uktha (himne-himne) itu, wahai wira, yang Engkau gemari—dalam stoma (nyanyian puji), wahai Indra, dan dalam seruan yang bersifat Rudra—kepada-Mu arus-arus ini berlari; tatkala Engkau, dalam kegembiraan suci, menghalaukannya ke hadapan laksana aliran-aliran gemilang bagi Vāyu (Nafas-Hayat).
