Sukta 10.86
न मत्स्त्री सुभसत्तरा न सुयाशुतरा भुवत् । न मत्प्रतिच्यवीयसी न सक्थ्युद्यमीयसी विश्वस्मादिन्द्र उत्तरः ॥
ná mat strī́ subhasátttarā ná suyā́śutarā bhuvat | ná mat práticyavīyasī ná sákthy udyámīyasī víśvasmād índra úttaraḥ ||
Tiada seorang perempuan pun lebih teguh bertakhta dalam kesejahteraan daripada aku; tiada yang lebih pantas mencapai kebaikan. Tiada yang dapat menandingi aku, tiada yang mampu mengangkat paha melawan aku dalam tanding; kerana Indra lebih tinggi daripada segala-galanya—dan kuasa-Nya menegakkan pendirianku yang menang.
