Transliteration
yáthā yugáṃ varatráyā nahyánti dharuṇā́ya kám | evā́ dādhāra te máno jīvā́tave ná mṛtyáve ’thó ariṣṭátātaye ||
Translation
Seperti manusia mengikat kuk dengan tali pengikat agar teguh tertahan, demikianlah semoga fikiranmu terikat kukuh—untuk hidup, bukan untuk mati, dan untuk keselamatan yang tidak terputus.
