Devata: Yama and Mṛtyu (explicit), with the omen-figures (owl/pigeon) subordinated.

यदुलूको वदति मोघमेतद्यत्कपोतः पदमग्नौ कृणोति । यस्य दूतः प्रहित एष एतत्तस्मै यमाय नमो अस्तु मृत्यवे ॥

Transliteration

yád ulū́ko vádati mógham etád yát kapotáḥ padám agnáu kṛṇóti | yásya dūtáḥ práhita eṣá etát tásmai yamā́ya námo astu mṛtyáve ||

Translation

Apa yang diseru burung hantu itu sia-sia; dan apa yang ditanda merpati pada api itu sia-sia—apabila ini hanyalah utusan yang diutus oleh Kuasa itu. Kepada Yama, tunduk sembah; kepada Mṛtyu (Kematian) juga. Biarlah tuntutan yang gelap itu dipenuhi di tempat lain, bukan di sini.
