अग्ने केतुर्विशामसि प्रेष्ठः श्रेष्ठ उपस्थसत् । बोधा स्तोत्रे वयो दधत् ॥

agne ketúrvíśām asi préṣṭhaḥ śréṣṭha upasthá-sat | bódhā stótre váyo dádhat ||

Wahai Agni, engkau panji-cahaya bagi segala kaum; yang paling dikasihi dan paling mulia, yang bersemayam dekat. Sedarlah kepada stotra kami, menegakkan dalam diri kami kepenuhan hayat dan kekuatan.
