Sukta 10.148
श्रुधी हवमिन्द्र शूर पृथ्या उत स्तवसे वेन्यस्यार्कैः । आ यस्ते योनिं घृतवन्तमस्वारूर्मिर्न निम्नैर्द्रवयन्त वक्वाः ॥
śrudhí hávam indra śūra pṛ́thyā utá stávase venyásyā́rkaiḥ | ā́ yás te yóniṃ ghṛtá-vantam ásvā ūŕmir ná nímnair dravayanta vákvāḥ ||
Dengarlah seruan itu, wahai Indra sang wira, dari bumi yang luas; dan terpujilah Engkau dengan madah-madah sang terpilih. Menuju tempat duduk-Mu yang kaya dengan ghṛta (cahaya/jernih yang disucikan), kuda-kuda yang pantas—seperti ombak yang ditolak cerun-cerun—membawa ke hadapan ujaran ilham.
