उत गाव इवादन्त्युत वेश्मेव दृश्यते । उतो अरण्यानिः सायं शकटीरिव सर्जति ॥
Transliteration
utá gā́va ivādanty utá véśmeva dṛśyate | utó araṇyāníḥ sāyáṃ śakaṭī́r iva sarjati ||
Translation
Dan di sana, seolah-olah lembu-lembu sedang meragut; dan seolah-olah sebuah rumah kelihatan. Dan Araṇyānī pada senja melepaskan bunyi-bunyi seperti derit pedati—tanda kehidupan yang bergerak dalam kesunyian yang luas.
