Transliteration

híraṇyakeśo rájaso visāré ’hír dhúnir vā́ta iva dhrájīmān | śúci-bhrājā uṣáso návedā yáśasvatīr apasyúvo ná satyā́ḥ ||

Translation

Berambut keemasan, mengembang di ruang antara (rajas), seperti ular yang menerjang, seperti angin dengan dorongan yang pantas—suci dalam sinar—ia bagaikan fajar-fajar yang sentiasa baharu; mulia, benar, dan tekun dalam kerja: Agni yang membangkitkan, bergerak menembusi diri kita.
