Transliteration

imáṃ me varuṇa śrudhī hávam adyā́ ca mṛḷaya | tvā́m avasyúr ā́ cake ||

Translation

Dengarlah seruanku ini, wahai Varuṇa; dan pada hari ini berbelas-kasihanlah. Aku, yang mengharap pertolongan-Mu, berpaling kepada-Mu—biarlah ṛta yang luas menjadi rahmat dalam tabiat insan yang bergelut.
