Transliteration
kavī nó mitrā́váruṇā tuvijā́tā urukṣáyā | dákṣaṃ dadhāte apásam ||
Translation
Semoga Mitra dan Varuṇa—dua kavi, para pelihat; luas kelahiran dan bernaung dalam kediaman yang lapang—menanamkan dalam diri kami dakṣa, daya menilai bagi pembentukan yang benar, demi penyempurnaan apas: kerja, tindakan berkesan jiwa.
