Transliteration

siktasammṛṣṭarathyā hi tadahar vanamālinī |

āsīd ayodhyānagarī samucchritagṛhadhvajā ||

Translation

Pada hari itu, kota Ayodhyā mempunyai jalan-jalan yang direnjis air dan disapu bersih; seolah-olah berkalungkan taman, ia berdiri megah dengan panji-panji rumah berkibar tinggi.
