मि॒त्रावरु॑णौ वृ॒ष्ट्याधि॑पती॒ तौ मा॑वताम्। अ॒स्मिन् ब्रह्म॑ण्य॒स्मिन् कर्म॑ण्य॒स्यां पु॑रो॒धाया॑म॒स्यां प्र॑ति॒ष्ठाया॑म॒स्यां चित्त्या॑म॒स्यामाकू॑त्याम॒स्यामा॒शिष्य॒स्यां दे॒वहू॑त्यां॒ स्वाहा॑

mitrā́varuṇau vṛṣṭyā́ ádhipatī táu mā́ avatām | asmín bráhmaṇy asmín kármaṇy asyā́m purodhā́yām asyā́m pratíṣṭhāyām asyā́m cittiyā́m asyā́m ākū́tyām asyā́m āśíṣy asyā́m devahū́tyāṁ svā́hā

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Mitra and Varuṇa, overlords of the Rain, let those two protect me. In this holy utterance, in this operation; in this fore-setting, in this establishment; in this ordered piling, in this intent; in this blessing, in this calling of the Gods—Svāhā!

Translation

Mitra dan Varuṇa, penguasa atas Hujan, semoga kedua-duanya melindungiku. Dalam brahman ini, dalam karma ini; dalam penetapan-awal (purodhā) ini, dalam peneguhan (pratiṣṭhā) ini; dalam susunan-bertata (cittyā) ini, dalam niat (ākūti) ini; dalam berkat (āśis) ini, dalam pemanggilan para dewa (devahūti) ini—Svāhā!
