apā́mārgo óṣadhīnāṁ sárvāsām éka íd vaśī́ | téna te mṛjmo ā́sthitaṁ átha tvám agadó cara ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Apāmārga, of all the herbs, is verily the one sole lord. With him we wipe away what hath settled upon thee; then do thou, as remedy, go forth and work.

Translation

Apāmārga, antara segala herba-ubat (oṣadhi), sesungguhnya dialah satu-satunya penguasa. Dengan dia kami menyapu bersih apa yang telah melekat dan menetap padamu; kemudian engkau, sebagai penawar (agada), majulah, keluarlah, dan berkesanlah.
