तृ॒ष्णा॒मा॒रं क्षु॑धामा॒रमथो॑ अक्षपराज॒यम्। अपा॑मार्ग॒ त्वया॑ व॒यं सर्वं॒ तदप॒ मृज्महे

Sanskrit recitationAtharva Veda 4.17.7

tṛ́ṣṇāmā́raṁ kṣudhāmā́ram átho ákṣaparājáyam | apā́mārga tváyā vayáṁ sárvaṁ tád ápa mṛjmahe ||

Thirst-slaying and hunger-slaying, and also defeat at the dice—with thee, O Apāmārga, all that we wipe away.

Pembunuh dahaga dan pembunuh lapar, dan juga kekalahan dalam permainan dadu—dengan engkau, wahai Apāmārga, semuanya itu kami sapu bersih, kami hapuskan.
