किं सु॑बाहो स्वङ्गुरे॒ पृथु॑ष्टो॒ पृथु॑जाघने । किं शू॑रपत्नि न॒स्त्वम॒भ्यऽमीषि वृ॒षाक॑पिं॒ विश्व॑स्मा॒दिन्द्र॒ उत्त॑रः
kíṁ subāho svaṅgure pṛ́thuṣṭo pṛ́thujāghane | kíṁ śū́rapatni nas tvám abhý amīṣi vṛṣā́kapiṁ víśvasmād índra úttaraḥ
Why, O fair-armed, fair-bodied, broad-thighed one? Why, O hero’s wife, dost thou assail us—(assail) Vṛṣākapi? Indra is superior unto all.
Mengapa, wahai yang berlengan indah, bertubuh elok, yang berpeha lebar? Mengapa, wahai isteri pahlawan, engkau menyerang kami—(menyerang) Vṛṣākapi? Indra lebih unggul daripada segala-galanya.
