पञ्चपादं पितरं द्वादशाकृतिं दिव आहुः परे अर्धे पुरीषिणम् । अथेमे अन्य उ परे विचक्षणं सप्तचक्रे षडर आहुरर्पितमिति ॥११॥

IAST Transliteration

pañcapādaṃ pitaraṃ dvādaśākṛtiṃ diva āhuḥ pare ardhe purīṣiṇam ｜ atheme anya u pare vicakṣaṇaṃ saptacakra ṣaḍara āhurarpitamiti ॥

Translation

ते म्हणतात की पित्याचे पाच पाय व बारा रूपे आहेत, जे आकाशाच्या वरच्या भागात वृष्टि-युक्त आहे. इतर म्हणतात की सर्वदर्शी तो खालच्या भागात सात-चक्र, सहा-आरा असलेल्या चक्रावर स्थित आहे.

Academic Translation

They say the father has five feet and twelve forms, situated in the higher half of heaven, abounding in rain. Others, however, say the all-seeing one is in the lower half, placed upon the seven-wheeled, six-spoked wheel.
