Sukta 7.103
दिव्या आपो अभि यदेनमायन्दृतिं न शुष्कं सरसी शयानम् । गवामह न मायुर्वत्सिनीनां मण्डूकानां वग्नुरत्रा समेति ॥
divyā́ ā́paḥ abhí yád enam ā́yan dṛtíṃ ná śúṣkaṃ sarasī́ śáyānam | gavā́m áha ná māyúr vatsínīnām maṇḍūkā́nāṃ vagnúr atrā́ sámeti ||
दिव्य ‘आपः’ जेव्हा त्याच्यावर येऊन पडल्या—सरोवरतळाशी सुकलेल्या कातडीसारखा तो पडून होता—तेव्हा मण्डूकांचा नाद येथे एकवटतो; वासरांसह गायींच्या हंबरड्यासारखा, सुप्त प्राणशक्तींना एकाच गतीत जागवितो.
