अग्ने वीहि पुरोळाशमाहुतं तिरोअह्न्यम् । सहसः सूनुरस्यध्वरे हितः ॥
Transliteration
ágné vīhí puroḷā́śam āhútam tiró-ahnyam | sáhasaḥ sūnúr asy adhvaré hitáḥ ||
Translation
हे अग्ने, ये—अर्पिलेला पुरोळाश (यज्ञ-केक) स्वीकार; ही तिरोअह्न्य (सामान्य दिवसापलीकडची) आहुती आहे. तू सहस (बल) याचा पुत्र; अध्वर-यज्ञात गूढ आधाररूपे स्थापित आहेस.
