Sukta 2.11
शुभ्रं नु ते शुष्मं वर्धयन्तः शुभ्रं वज्रं बाह्वोर्दधानाः । शुभ्रस्त्वमिन्द्र वावृधानो अस्मे दासीर्विशः सूर्येण सह्याः ॥
śubhráṃ nu te śúṣmaṃ vardháyantaḥ śubhráṃ vájraṃ bāhvór dádhānāḥ | śubhrás tvám indra vāvṛdhā́nō asmē dāsī́r víśaḥ sū́ryeṇa sahyā́ḥ ||
आम्ही तुझा उज्ज्वल शुष्म (बल) वाढवितो; भुजांमध्ये उज्ज्वल वज्र धारण केलेला. हे इंद्रा! तू उज्ज्वल आहेस, पराक्रमात वाढणारा आहेस. सत्य-सूर्याने जिंकलेल्या, तमसाची सेवा करणाऱ्या प्रजांना आमच्या अधीन कर.
