कर्षकः सस्यानां गोपालकः सर्पिषां वैदेहकः पण्यानामात्मना व्यवहृतानां दशभागमसम्भाषितवेतनो लभेत ॥

Transliteration

karṣakaḥ sasyānāṃ gopālakaḥ sarpiṣāṃ vaidehakaḥ paṇyānāmātmanā vyavahṛtānāṃ daśabhāgamasambhāṣitavetano labheta |

Translation

जेव्हा मजुरी ठरलेली नसेल: शेतकऱ्याला उत्पन्नाचा दहावा भाग मिळावा; गोपालकाला तुपाचा दहावा भाग मिळावा; आणि वैदेहक (व्यापारी/दलाल) याला स्वतःने केलेल्या व्यवहारातील मालाचा दहावा भाग मिळावा।
