एवं सञ्चिन्त्य सा देवी महीषी सम्बभूव ह । सखीभिः सह विश्वेशि तीक्ष्णशृङ्गाग्रधारिणी ॥

Transliteration

evaṃ saṃcintya sā devī mahīṣī saṃbabhūva ha | sakhībhiḥ saha viśveśi tīkṣṇaśṛṅgāgradhāriṇī ||

Translation

ಹೀಗೆ ಚಿಂತಿಸಿ ಆ ದೇವಿ ಮಹಿಷೀ (ಎಮ್ಮೆ) ರೂಪವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿದಳು. ಓ ವಿಶ್ವೇಶಿ! ಅವಳು ಸಖಿಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತೀಕ್ಷ್ಣ ಕೊಂಬಿನ ತುದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಳು.
