Varāha (default dialogue framework)
It reflects a common Purāṇic model of cyclical time—creation, dissolution, and re-creation—using technical terms (sṛṣṭi, upasaṁhāra, laya) that are central to early medieval Sanskrit cosmological discourse.
No geographic location is named in this verse; it is primarily cosmological and metaphysical rather than topographical.
Rather than a direct ethical rule, the verse conveys a philosophical instruction: beings and cosmic agents undergo periods of dissolution (laya) and re-emergence, emphasizing impermanence of manifested forms and continuity of cyclical order.
