Prelude to the Sanatkumāra Dialogue
स्वस्ति वाच्याह पुण्याग्रे प्रत्युवाच वसुन्धराम् ॥ सनत्कुमार उवाच ॥ यं दृष्ट्वा वर्ध्धसे देवि त्वं च यस्यासि माधवि ॥
svasti vācyāha puṇyāgre pratyuvāca vasundharām || sanatkumāra uvāca || yaṃ dṛṣṭvā varddhase devi tvaṃ ca yasyāsi mādhavi ||
ಆ ಪುಣ್ಯಸ್ಥಾನದ ಮುಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿ’ ಎಂದು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ ಅವರು ವಸುಂಧರೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದರು. ಸನತ್ಕುಮಾರರು ಹೇಳಿದರು—ಹೇ ದೇವಿ! ಯಾರನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ನೀನು ವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತೀಯೋ, ಮತ್ತು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ನೀನು (ಪ್ರಿಯೆ) ಆಗಿರುವೆಯೋ, ಹೇ ಮಾಧವಿ—
