ततस्तस्य वचः श्रुत्वा प्रणम्य ऋषिपुङ्गवम् ॥ उवाच परमा प्रीता धात्री मधुरया गिरा

ಆಮೇಲೆ ಅವನ ವಚನವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ, ಆ ಋಷಿಪುಂಗವನಿಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ, ಪರಮ ಸಂತೋಷಗೊಂಡ ಧಾತ್ರಿ (ಭೂಮಿ) ಮಧುರ ವಾಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದಳು.
