Transliteration
śíkṣeyam asmai dítsēyaṃ śácī-pate manīṣíṇe | yád aháṃ gó-patiḥ syām ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಶಚೀಪತೇ ಇಂದ್ರ! ಅವನಿಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಕಲಿಯಲಿ, ಅವನಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಲಿ—ಆ ಮಣೀಷಿ (ಜ್ಞಾನಿ)ಗಾಗಿ—ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಗೋಪತಿ (ಗೋವುಗಳು/ಕಿರಣಗಳ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ), ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಯ ಸಂಪತ್ತಿನ ಅಧಿಪತಿಯಾಗಲಿ.
