Transliteration
śréṣṭhaṃ yaviṣṭha bhāratā́gne dyumántam ā́ bhara | váso puruspṛ́haṃ rayím ||
Translation
ಹೇ ಭಾರತರ ಅಗ್ನೇ! ಹೇ ಯವಿಷ್ಠ, ಹೇ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ! ನಮಗಾಗಿ ದ್ಯುಮಂತ—ತೇಜಸ್ವಿ—ಸಂಪತ್ತನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಡು; ಹೇ ವಸು! ಬಹುಜನರಿಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದ ರಯಿ (ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ) ಯನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಡು.
