Sukta 10.46
प्र होता जातो महान्नभोविन्नृषद्वा सीददपामुपस्थे । दधिर्यो धायि स ते वयांसि यन्ता वसूनि विधते तनूपाः ॥
prá hótā jā́to mahā́n nabhó-vin nṛ-sádvā sīdad apā́m upásthe | dadhír yó dhā́yi sá te váyāṃsi yantā́ vasū́ni vidhaté tanū-pā́ḥ ||
ಯಜ್ಞದ ಪುರೋಹಿತನಾಗಿ ಮಹಾನ್ವಾಗಿ ಜನಿಸಿದವನು, ನಭಸ್ಸಿನ ಉನ್ನತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿತವನು, ಮನುಷ್ಯರೊಳಗಿನ ಅಂತರ್ನಿವಾಸಿ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಸೀನನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ—ಜಲಗಳ ಮಡಿಲಲ್ಲಿ. ಆಧಾರವಾಗಿ ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತನಾದವನು ನಿನ್ನ ಚಲನಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಿ, ವಿಧಾತೃ (ಯಜಮಾನ)ನಿಗೆ ವಸುಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಟ್ಟು, ದೇಹಧಾರಿಯ ರಕ್ಷಕನಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ.
