ಅಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮ-ಪ್ರಕರಣ. ವ್ರಾತ್ಯನು ಇದ್ದನು—ಸಂಚರಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ ನಿಜವಾಗಿ; ಅವನು ಪ್ರಜಾಪತಿಯನ್ನು ಚಲನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದನು.

स प्र॒जाप॑तिः सु॒वर्ण॑मा॒त्मन्न॑पश्य॒त् तत् प्राज॑नयत्
ಆ ಪ್ರಜಾಪತಿಯಾದವನು ತನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮದಲ್ಲೇ ಸುವರ್ಣ ತೇಜಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕಂಡನು; ಅದನ್ನೇ ಅವನು ಜನನವಾಗಿ ಹೊರತಂದನು.

त देक॑मभव॒त् तल्ल॒लाम॑मभव॒त् तन्म॒हद॑भव॒त् तज्ज्ये॒ष्ठम॑भव॒त् तद् ब्रह्मा॑भव॒त् तत् तपो॑ऽभव॒त् तत् स॒त्यम॑भव॒त् तेन॒ प्राजा॑यत
ಅದು ಏಕರೂಪವಾಯಿತು; ಅದು ಲಲಾಮ (ಶಿಖರ-ಚಿಹ್ನೆ) ಆಯಿತು; ಅದು ಮಹತ್ತಾಯಿತು; ಅದು ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠ (ಅತಿಪ್ರಾಚೀನ) ಆಯಿತು. ಅದು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನ್ ಆಯಿತು; ಅದು ತಪ (ತಪಸ್/ಉಷ್ಣತೆ) ಆಯಿತು; ಅದು ಸತ್ಯ ಆಯಿತು—ಅದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನನ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತವಾಯಿತು.

ನೀಲಿ ಬಣ್ಣದಿಂದ ಅವನು ಅಪ್ರಿಯ ಭ್ರಾತೃವ್ಯ (ವೈರಿ ಪ್ರತಿಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿ)ಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಬಿಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಕೆಂಪಿನಿಂದ ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುವ ಶತ್ರುವನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ—ಎಂದು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮವಾದಿಗಳು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
It proclaims a cosmogony where the primordial “That/One” unfolds into greatness and into brahman, tapas, and satya. By declaring this sequence, the hymn legitimates supreme status and stabilizes order.
