आर्यप्राणो ध्वजाहृतः कर्मकालानुरूपेण मूल्यार्धेन वा विमुच्येत ॥ कZ_०३.१३.१९ ॥
āryaprāṇo dhvajāhṛtaḥ karmakālānurūpeṇa mūlyārdhena vā vimucyeta
ಆರ್ಯಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ, ಧ್ವಜದ ಅಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿ (ಧ್ವಜಾಹೃತ—ಅಧಿಕಾರಪೂರ್ವಕ ಯುದ್ಧ/ದಾಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ) ಹಿಡಿಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅವನನ್ನು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಪಾತವಾಗಿ ಅಥವಾ ಅರ್ಧಬೆಲೆ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು।
