मित्रा तना न रथ्या वरुणो यश्च सुक्रतुः । सनात्सुजाता तनया धृतव्रता ॥
Transliteration
mitrā́ tanā́ na rathyā́ varúṇo yáś ca sukrátūḥ | sanā́t sujātā́ tanáyā dhṛtávratā ||
Translation
મિત્ર અને વરુણ—રથ હાંકનારાં સમાન, એકસાથે ગતિ કરતા; વરુણ અને તેજસ્વી સંકલ્પવાળો (શુક્રતુ). પ્રાચીન મૂળથી જન્મેલા, સનાતન સંતાન, પોતાના વ્રત/ધર્મને દૃઢપણે ધારણ કરનારાં.
