Sukta 4.56
नू रोदसी बृहद्भिर्नो वरूथैः पत्नीवद्भिरिषयन्ती सजोषाः । उरूची विश्वे यजते नि पातं धिया स्याम रथ्यः सदासाः ॥
nū rodasī bṛhád-bhir no varū́thaiḥ patnī́vadbhir iṣáyantī sajóṣāḥ | urūcī́ víśve yájaté ní pātāṃ dhiyā́ syāma rathyáḥ sadā́sāḥ ||
હવે દ્યાવા-પૃથિવી અમને તેમના વિશાળ વરૂથો (આશ્રય-રક્ષણ)થી રક્ષે; પત્નીવત્ શક્તિઓ સાથે, એકસાથે (સજોષા) ઇષયંતી—પ્રેરિત થઈ ગતિમાન. ઉરૂચી (વિશાળ તેજવાળી), સર્વે માટે યજનીય—તેઓ અમને નિ પાતં (સુરક્ષિત રાખે); અને ધિયા (પ્રેરિત બુદ્ધિ) વડે અમે રથ્યઃ—માર્ગયોગ્ય—થઈએ, સદાસાઃ—પથના સ્થિર સાથી.
